- Spray the undiluted product onto the surfaces or materials to be cleaned at a rate of 10 sprays of 0.75 ml per m² (i.e. 7.5 ml per m²).
- Apply once per shift. Repeat in case of accidental contamination.
- Leave to act for 5 to 15 minutes depending on the desired effect. Scrub if necessary.

For surfaces intended to come into contact with food, rinsing with drinking water is mandatory.
- Wipe with a soft cloth or microfibre cloth.
